This is my general photography section. I have always liked to take pictures as I travel like most people do. I am no professional but I enjoy trying to capture as good of an image as I can. Sometimes opportunity just comes out of the blue. I looked in the backyard one day and saw this hawk in the trees down low. I eased out and moved behind a large tree toward it. I got fairly close, used the fence as a brace and got some good images of it. Good pictures might be right in your own backyard.

The picture below is Devil's Tower National Monument in WY. This is a tough photo challenge since it is so huge. Being there was very much awesome, and you just have to work with the light and sky you have. I got lucky for a great shot with the flag in it!
